Electronics manufacturer Panasonic has now added two new mid-range smartphones to its stable of products. The new devices, named the Panasonic P11 and T11, are now available on online retailer Snapdeal. While the Panasonic P11 is priced at Rs 16,364, the T11 will set users back Rs 9,520.
From the specifications seen, it looks like the P11 will come with a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. It will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and packs a 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM. Photography-wise, the smartphone comes with an 8-megapixel auto-focus primary camera with an LED flash as well as a 2-megapixel front shooter. The smartphone comes with 4GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. Connectivity-wise, the smartphone comes with the normal 2G/3G support as well Wi-Fi. Panasonic first entered the Indian smartphone market a few months back with the P51. Since then, the company has stated that it is pulling out of the smartphone market in Japan, instead paring its smartphone operations and outsourcing its production in emerging markets like India.
